Set up client payments
Stripe creates the practice payment account and pays client money directly to the practice.
Choose the business country first
Set the practice's legal business country under Settings before starting payment setup. Stripe creates a new account for the practice in that country. The country cannot be changed after that Stripe account is created.
Complete Stripe onboarding
Stripe hosts the business onboarding and determines required identity, business, tax, payout, and bank information. Client money goes directly to the practice and never passes through FolioLanding.
Country support, charges, payouts, currency, tax, refunds, and disputes depend on the business and jurisdiction.
